Further Than You Imagined

Further than you imagined was the claim of the SNCF (French Railways) booking site, voyages-SNCF.

When they relaunched their website with a focus on services, we set out to prove the claim by creating an integrated campaign that provided crazy customer services to real people. The first one was called "The Welcome Service", where we surprised and welcomed 5 real people at Paris' Gare de l'Est.
From ninjas to a Heavy Metal band, our surprises were tailored to the character of the people we were greeting or sending off. 

Matt Devine from the Glue Society came on board to direct and the result was hilarious.
The campaign was so successful, people actually started doing their own surprises and as for us, we created our second service, called "The Escape Machine".
